Sometimes it happens that you try to open your file and suddenly MyMicroBalance wants you to enter a password. This is ususally caused when you file has been damaged. There a several different issues that could damage your file. This can happen e.g. by a PC cleaner, an anti-virus tool or if you try to save you balance on an USB device and you unplug the USB device before the whole data has been saved properly.
MyMicroBalance automatically creates a backup each time you open your file. This means that you can always go back to one of your backups and restore your data.
To restore your data open MyMicroBalance and select \\\'File -> Open Backup\\\'.
Now navigate to the folder where you usually have stored your original balance file. You will find and additional folder namen backup_yourFileName that contains your backup files. Select the latest backup and click open to see your backuped data.
