Main User Interface
The budget planner MyMicroBalance allows you to categorize your income and expenditures. Use Options -> Administration of Categories to arrive at the menu where you can create new groups, delete old ones, or modify them.
Click on new categorie to create a new group for your income and expenditures. In the "Detail View" the group´s name, description and color can be selected now. Moreover, you can variably interlace the group by selecting the superordinate group in the select list "subordinate under group". When finished you can simply click on the Save button to add this new group to your balance. Edit Category: In MyMicroBalance VIP you can add, edit and delete categories in all accounts at once. |
Delete Category:
This option gives you choice to delete from the budget planner file. Simply highlight the category you want to delete and click the butten to delete the category. If you delete a category all entries in this group will remain preserved. Thus you will be asked to select a new alternative group for the remaining entries.
