Cancel Android app subscription (Google Play)

If you purchased MyMicroBalance as an Android app subscription via Google Play, you manage and cancel the subscription directly in your Google Account. Please do not use the PC license withdrawal form for this.

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the MyMicroBalance subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Important: Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Cancel iOS app subscription (Apple App Store)

If you purchased MyMicroBalance as an iOS app subscription via the Apple App Store, you manage and cancel the subscription directly in your Apple Account. Please do not use the PC license withdrawal form for this.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select the MyMicroBalance subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If there is no cancel button or you see an expiration message, Apple says the subscription has already been cancelled.
