Printer Settings

Subtitle: Paper Size and Margins | Page Setup

In Printer Settings, you define how MyMicroBalance prints a report on paper. This includes paper size, paper source, portrait or landscape orientation, and page margins.

Open Page Setup

  1. Open a print dialog, for example via Print Annual Report.
  2. Click Page Setup at the bottom.
  3. Adjust the paper settings, orientation, and margins.

Paper Size and Paper Source

Under Size, select the paper size, for example A4. Under Source, select the printer tray or let Windows choose the source automatically.

Orientation

  • Portrait: suitable for standard lists and normal printouts.
  • Landscape: useful for wide tables or reports with many columns.

Margins

The margins define the space between the content and the left, right, top, and bottom edges of the paper. If content appears cut off, increase the margins or switch to landscape orientation.

Note

Printer Settings affect only the printout. Your receipts, expenditures, and saved budget data are not changed.
