Press the buttons New Receipts or New Expenditure to create a new entry in your balance (sheet). The data entered as receipts or expenditures are identical. Receipts are saved on the left hand side, expenditures on the right hand side of the balance sheet.

To open a MyMicroBalance file just click on symbol in main menu or in MyMicroBalance easy start... window. The budget planner remembers the storage location of your last edited file.

In this feature you can print extensive reports. Print your income and expenditures of a specific month or of the whole year at once. When printing an annual report all settings can be left as they are or customized. All settings will be saved to your balance file. Saving the balance document to a particular location ensures the data or file is stored. You can freely choose a folder where you want the balance file to be saved. MyMicroBalance memorizes this folder to provide easy and fast access to your files.

This search function lets you search the budget file for specified entries. The search interface offers a numerous criteria for a search. So, for example, you could search for all monthly entries in a certain category or find out how much money you spend on different things over a few months.

Once MyMicroBalance is installed you can start the porgram by double-clicking on symbol located on your desktop or in menu Start -> Programs -> MyMicroBalance -> MyMicroBalance.
